Our Rates for 2010 High Season (April to October): A full week's B&B at Balbeagan will cost only £175 per person 1 night costs £30 per person, 2 nights or more are £28 per person per night. Low Season (March): A full week at Balbeagan for the bargain price of £150 per person B&B costs £25 per person per night.
There is no single room supplement at Balbeagan. We are closed in November, December, January and February. Directions to Balbeagan (the only B&B in Balnaguard): The village of Balnaguard lies on the B898 road, the old coaching road from Dunkeld to Aberfeldy, which runs parallel to the A9 on the other bank of the River Tay. There is easy access to Pitlochry (12 minutes drive), Aberfeldy (15 minutes drive) and Dunkeld (15 minutes drive). From the South: A9 past Dunkeld to the B898 (signposted Dalguise, Kinnaird and Balnaguard). Balnaguard is 7 miles from this junction, Balbeagan is at the far end of the village. From the North: A9 past Pitlochry to the A827 at Ballinluig (signposted Aberfeldy). Through Logierait to the T-junction just over the Tay Bridge. Turn left on the B898 (signposted Balnaguard) coming to Balnaguard after 1 mile. Balbeagan is on the left. From the West: A827 from Aberfeldy. Through Grandtully then when the A827 turns left over the Tay keep straight on on the B898 (signposted Balnaguard) coming to Balnaguard after 1 mile.
