Balbeagan has two twin rooms and one single room.   All are a good size, have really comfortable beds, high quality bed linen and more wardrobe space than you would ever need.

The en-suite shower-rooms are spacious and purpose-built - they were not space 'stolen' from the original rooms.

We do not have ground floor bedrooms, all are located up an easy flight of stairs.  

There is no family room at Balbeagan, and the layout of the house means that it is not suitable for young children.

We invite visitors to share our lounge, we enjoy talking to you!  Balbeagan is your home as well whilst you are here.   We ask visitors not to bring pets in the house (though they are most welcome if kept in vehicles).
